The following ferry lines terminate at the Ferry Building in San Francisco, where passengers can transfer to the MUNI’s F streetcar line or private transit service.

- Blue & Gold Ferries. Operated by the Blue & Gold Fleet. Offers a variety of connections between Sausalito, Tiburon, Alameda, Oakland and Vallejo.
